• This lamp is intended for outdoor use under roof (IP44). Avoid direct rain, standing water, and prolonged exposure to humidity.
• If using the cable finish, keep the 220 - 240 V connection protected and positioned so water cannot pool near the plug or cable entry. Unplug before moving, cleaning, or servicing.
• Use touch on/off and the dimmer on the lamp (cable version) for quick control. Use the remote control to change the RGB LED colour tone as needed and turn off the lamp when not in use.
• If your version includes a rechargeable battery and/or solar charging, charge only in a dry location. Use the supplied USB charging cable and a 5V 1A max adapter (adapter not included) to help prevent damage. Using a higher voltage adapter may cause irreparable harm to the luminaire.
• First charge must be a minimum of 8 hours. For best battery performance, complete full charges when possible and recharge before long service periods or outdoor evenings.
• Before cleaning, switch off the lamp and disconnect power. Allow it to cool completely.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive pads, solvents, or chemical cleaning agents.
• For optimal durability of the hemp cable and natural fibres, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and rain. When used outdoors, place the lamp in a sheltered area.
• Avoid storing the product in an unheated space during winter. If not in use for an extended period, recharge the battery every three months to maintain its performance.
• Product colours may vary slightly from those shown on your display.
