  • This product includes a USB charging cable but does not come with an adapter. Use a 5V 1A max adapter to prevent damage. Using a higher voltage adapter may cause irreparable harm to the luminaire.
  • First charge must be a minimum of 8 hours. For best results, place the solar panel in full sun to maximize charging performance.
  • Install under a roof or sheltered area for outdoor use (IP44). Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain and do not submerge.
  • Turn the garland off before installing or replacing any E12 bulb, and allow bulbs to cool before handling.
  • To preserve the natural fiber lampshades and jute rope, keep the garland dry when not in use and store indoors during harsh weather.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water jets, abrasive products, or chemical cleaners on the lampshades or rope.
  • Avoid storing the product in an unheated space during winter. If not in use for an extended period, recharge the battery every three months to maintain performance.
  • Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday.

  • You or an authorized person must be present at the delivery address.
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
