• This product includes a USB charging cable but does not come with an adapter. Use a 5V 1A max adapter to prevent damage. Using a higher voltage adapter may cause irreparable harm to the luminaire.
• Before first use, fully charge the garland. The first charge must be a minimum of 8 hours.
• For best solar charging results, place the solar panel in direct sunlight during the day and keep it clean and unobstructed.
• Install the garland so bulbs hang freely and the jute rope is not under tension. Avoid sharp edges and do not pinch the cable in doors or windows.
• Outdoor use (IP44): use under a roof or sheltered area and avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or standing water. Do not submerge any component.
• Bulb care: turn the garland off before replacing bulbs. Use only compatible replaceable bulbs and ensure each bulb is firmly seated before use.
• Cleaning: turn off before cleaning. Dust natural fiber lampshades with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Wipe bulbs gently with a dry microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive products, solvents, or water jets.
• Storage: avoid storing the product in an unheated space during winter. If not used for an extended period, recharge the battery every three months to maintain performance and store in a dry place.
• To help preserve the natural fibers, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and moisture when not in use and store dry.

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
